WABetaInfo recently discovered that developers are developing Response 2.0 on its desktop version. This means that in future updates, users will be able to respond to any message with any emoji, the report said. 

The report states that WhatsApp keeps working on the ability to remove the expiration date of the missing or disappearing message on chats.
