But this is only for a few users. But now the situation has changed and now Twitter has been decided to make this feature available to everyone.

Twitter is now letting upload and view 4k high quality images for android and iOs users:
Now Twitter has decided to make this feature available to everyone. From now on everyone can easily upload resolution images in the box not only upload but also can be seen as well.

The web version supports 4096 x4096 images in high resolution, but the mobile version of the Twitter application has a maximum resolution of 2048x2048 for high resolution pictures uploads.

To enable this new feature go to settings menu and select data usage>high quality images>High quality image upload, on the Twitter app and you are asked to enable the feature on your mobile through wi-fi or both... That's it, now you can be able to upload 4k images.Time to Tweet those high res pics –– the option to upload and view 4K images on Android and iOS is now available for everyone.

But please keep this in mind, uploading 4k images can consume your data plan in a high quantity, so if you have limited and small data package plan better go to Twitter to upload 4k images through only Wi-Fi. So that you can save your data. If you have unlimited data plans you can leave this feature always on... No problem at all it is up to you.
