Whatsapp is a famous popular instantaneous messaging application, everybody knows that WhatsApp has added a mute video feature that allows WhatsApp users to mute their videos whenever they want to share a video file.
Currently, Android users can avail of this mute video feature and can use this feature on their WhatsApp status as well. Finally, the mute video feature which is under beta testing.
WabetaInfo blog last month managed well in getting the new feature. On the social media platform, Twitter has announced that the mute video feature will be available only for Android users.
The tweet stated that certain users who are using the beta version of v2.21.3.13 will receive this mute video feature update. Those who are using the Beta version can utilize this update. Basically, this feature allows to mute video before sharing.

We can see the mute video feature icon showing like a speaker icon with a light blackish background. When we click on the speaker icon instantly mutes the audio that we want to send before sending the video to the person. Then the video will be muted when the other person who receives the video file.
So how to use this feature and how it works…
To get this feature, go to Google play store on your mobile, there you can see an update option(if you have already enabled the automatic update option it can be updated automatically, otherwise you have to update it manually) then click on the update option then it will update and hence you can avail this feature on your WhatsApp application.
By the way, this feature is available for both individual chat and for status mode as well.
Here are the few simple five steps that you can follow easily:

STEP 1:
Go to Google play store and update your Whatsapp application, once the application is updated you will receive the feature of mute video on your WhatsApp application.
(In case if anyone of you has not enabled the automatically updated option on your play store you have to do it by manually… remembers that)
STEP 2:
Once the WhatsApp Application is updated the latest new feature will be received on your mobile, then launch the application on your device.
STEP 3:
Once you have opened the WhatsApp app, try to record a video while chatting or on status in order to utilize this feature or to test.
STEP 4:
Once your video recording is finished you are ready to send before you sending your recorded video you can see a tiny speaker icon with white in colour and with a light black background at the top left side of the corner.
STEP 5:
Just simply tap on the icon and you are done… your soundless video is ready to send to your dear ones.

Send this video to your family, friends, neighbours, well-wishers, whoever you want. They can enjoy your muted video without any disturbances in the background on their devices happily.
Instagram the sibling of WhatsApp already have this mute video feature both for main posts and stories as well.
This new WhatsApp mute video feature is currently available only on the users who are using Android devices. But don’t know when will the Facebook owed company brings this new update to the iOS users.
