Missing Online status:

If you suspect that someone has blocked you on WhatsApp, when was the last time you opened their chat window? Check the status online. 

Last seen Disabled:

If the other person blocks you, you will not see the last scene or status. Also you do not know when the person last saw the Last Scene option disabled in the settings.

Profile photo Missed:

If someone blocks you on your WhatsApp contact list you will not be able to see their profile photo. However, we do not see the photo once the other person has not put the profile. In that case we should not think that we have been blocked.

Delivery Notification:

Are you going to message or call anyone via WhatsApp‌? No matter how many times you make a phone call? Is there a delivery notification even when the message has reached them? However, it should be assumed that the person has blocked your number.
