Tap "Add to Home Screen."

You will now have a new icon on your home screen that will open your shortcut. This icon will function as an action button, allowing you to perform the action you selected with a single tap.

How to Use the Shortcuts App to Add the Action Button to Any iPhone

Let's say you want your action button, to open the camera app on your mobile. To do this and to avail your button you should follow these steps:

Open the Shortcuts app.

Firstly, Tap on the "+" in the top right side of the corner app to create a new shortcut.

Tap "Add action."

Find and select the "Open Application" action.

Tap "Camera."

Tap "Next."

Give your desired shortcut a name and tap "Done."

Tap the three dots icon in the top right corner of your shortcut.

Tap "Add to Home Screen."

Tap "Add" to confirm.

You will now have a new icon on your home screen that will open the camera. This icon will function as an action button, allowing you to open the camera with a single touch.
